Marriott Beijing Northeast Hotel

Planning and interior design for a new five- star Hotel and Conference Center in the center of Beijing. The hotel is a 35-story tower with 400 rooms and three restaurants for the Hainan Airlines Real Estate Group. Includes a full service ultra-luxurious Spa on the fifth level of the hotel and a business conference center with a 9000 square foot ballroom and meeting and break out rooms within the 30,000sf total meeting area.

The program included the interior design services for the lobby, executive offices and executive private club of the adjacent office tower.
