The project critically reviewed the popular vertical city approach in high density metropolis which often focus on tall and taller buildings and ignore the humanistic urbanism at the ground. The approach for this 700,000 SM development was to challenge this approach focusing on the quality of the ground plane and developing feasible ways of adaptable spatial and planning solutions that allows organic growth while maintaining the quality of the urban environment. Then planning integrates co-working and different sharable flexible space strategically around the designated office sections so that companies can still be accommodated in the same building. The planning and design also implement the principles of smart and healthy city technically and environmentally and socially.
