Located in the Eastern urban areas of the City of Hangzhou City, the existing complex of three large scale factories will be transformed from a traditional industrial area to a new mixed- use city district that includes renovation and repurposing the existing industrial complex and the integration of new office buildings, hotels, art galleries, exhibition and commercial centers and a newly planned residential community. The overall theme of the district will focus on both fashion and culture for the city of Hangzhou.
