John Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital Proton Center

The Proton Center at Sibley (PCS) for Johns Hopkins, is a new 72,000 SF facility serving the metropolitan Washington, DC area and the broader mid-Atlantic region. The site is centrally located on the Sibley Memorial Hospital campus and is part of a large renovation and expansion program whose goal is to create a state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer treatment center. Located directly to the West of the under construction New Sibley Tower, the Proton Center at Sibley will complete the master plan of this major medical campus. The design concept for the Proton Center at Sibley is to create a facility that provides state of the art proton radiation oncology treatments for patients in an environment that is safe and friendly. This environment will promote a sense of well-being and comfort for the patients while allowing the doctors and technicians to work effectively and efficiently.
