New 300,000 SF Research and Development Divisional Headquarters for the Honeywell Marine Systems Operations Division. The program includes research, testing, conference and support administrative and employee spaces. The site is at the crest of a hill overlooking the magnificent views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains beyond.  The design of the facility follows the crest of the hill with a flexible plan to accommodate multiple configurations of research project teams. As well as maximizing the views and daylighting to create a collaborative and health environment. The facility integrates with this hillside location and becomes part of it.
