This 6,000 SM Facility on a 4 Hectare Site addresses the concerns of social disorder and violence by providing the infrastructure to support the community and families through the creation of open activity space and an Educational Pavilion that focuses of childhood and adolescent education. This project and similar programs have renewed and transformed the social, economic and ecological environment of Bogota, Columbia.
