Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites Prototype focused service protype of 144 keys focused on business long term stays with units equipped facilities focused on conducting business both in the rooms and public spaces. Amenities such as a 24/7 market, business centers fitness and indoor pools. The prototype was focused on both urban and rural locations that were underserved with hospitality infrastructure.  The approach was simplicity, constructability and adaptability to different locations and topography.
