Planning, Architecture, Interior and Landscape design 5-star hotel and Service apartments located in the center of Beidaihe China, a popular resort destination and the summer capitol for the Chinese Government. This multi building development has a hotel has 250 keys 100 Service Apartments, a Conference Center that can accommodate 800 guests, two Restaurants, a Spa and Fitness center, Lobby, Bar and Lounge. The government requested a traditional European style complex. The focus on the design is creating public space both interior and exterior to create a center for this municipality and complement the public park across the road from the Hotel. Incorporated into the design is a preservation of a natural forested area which is a bird sanctuary for the migration of birds so popular in this area.
