Its scale and planning help create a strong identity on Franklin street Through its positioning of enclosing a park created by the Hyatt Center Headquarters adjacent to this site. The design brings an urban scale and identity for this brand which has mostly been identified with suburban sites as well as a meeting and entertainment place in the growing financial district of Chicago.
