Hilton Garden Inn Prototype

The Hilton Garden Inn Prototype is a focused service protype of 144 keys focused on business stays with units equipped facilities focused on conducting business both in the rooms and public spaces. Amenities such as a 24/7 market, business centers fitness and indoor pools. An emphasis in the design is placed on the social nature of the public spaces so that these spaces worked both as places to relax and conduct business. The prototype was focused on both urban and rural locations that were underserved with hospitality infrastructure.  The approach was simplicity, constructability and adaptability to different locations and topography. The design also captures the culture of modern design and art that is so profound in Brazil.
