The new Library and Community Center is located at the edge of a new 5 Hectare park in a new residential district surrounded by educational and business institutions. The design is based on a structure that transitions Urban District and park by placing the focus on knowledge and social cohesion through a series of pavilions that express the different program components integrating park and city though social cohesion and activation.
